Tournament Registration

Tournament registration is as easy as a few clicks with HLT ONLINE, our streamlined registration process. You can submit your team registration form, process your payments or donate to our charity without leaving your computer.

Simply complete the highlighted fields on the form below and follow the prompts. You will be directed to the HLT secured PayPal site to complete your registration, and will receive an email confirmation from the HLT Texas Shootout.

For sponsorships or donations you can click the Blue Ribbon Donate button on any page and be directed to the HLT secured PayPal site. We can accept any donation amounts.

If you prefer to mail your registration or donation you can print the HLT Registration Form (PDF) and send it to us along with your check to:

REGISTRATION AND SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Golf registration – $275 per person ($250 if paid by Sep. 14)  includes golf, goodie bag, logo shirt, drink ticket, lunch and dinner
Additional dinner guest – $35
Tee sponsor – $125  includes individual tee box sign with your name
Silver Sponsor – $250  includes preferred recognition and logo shirt
Gold Sponsor – $500  includes preferred recognition and logo apparel
Platinum Sponsor – $1,000  includes preferred recognition and logo apparel
Platinum Preferred Group Sponsor – $1,900  includes preferred recognition, logo shirt, and tournament entry for 4 players
HLT 20-Year Legacy Sponsor - $2500  Elite sponsor level including a 20-year commemorative gift.
